The Electronic Housing Code (EHC) pilot project involves:
- Eleven Role Model Councils who will focus on fast-tacking electronic Development Assessment (eDA) service delivery in priority areas and developing leading practice models for all Councils to follow over time, and
- A select group of Private Accredited Certifiers will demonstrate the capacity for the EHC pilot project system to interact with non-Government parties.
