Q: When does the 10 day approval time start?
A: The 10 day approval time starts once your application has been formerly lodged.
You will be able to track the number of days your application has been under assessment through the “Manage my applications” dashboard feature in the top right hand corner of the screen. Once you have identified the relevant application, you will notice that under the column “Determination Period” there will be a number. This is the number of days your application has been with your nominated Certifier for assessment.
