Online Customer Service portal established

The Electronic Housing Code (EHC) Project Management Office has set up an online customer service portal, using the Zendesk solution, to assist the end users with any queries they may have regarding how to use the Electronic Housing Code system. It has also been established to provide an avenue for feedback and suggestions from the end user.

This customer service portal provides the end user with the ability to:

i) Search pre-loaded Frequently Asked Questions to find a solution to the problem they may be having.

ii) If a suitable answer is not available, the end user is able to ask the EHC Project Management Office a question through the system by either entering it under the "Couldn't find the answer to your query?" heading, or emailing support@ehc.zendesk.com

iii) Rate the level of customer service that they received.

iv) Provide feedback on the Electronic Housing Code and offer suggestions for enhancements, by inputting their comments under the "Your Feedback" heading.
