Frequently Asked Questions developed for the EHC

The EHC Project Management Office has developed a series of Frequently Asked Questions to assist users of the EHC system. These questions have been broken up into the following categories:

  • Using the System - includes information on how to find your local government area and fees to use the system.
  • Exempt and Complying Development
  • Entering Property Information - includes information on entering property information and on the map displayed on the system.
  • Preparing your application - includes information on the documents needed to complete your application, the time taken to lodge an application electronically and how to amend your application.
  • Selecting a Certifier - includes information on the Certifiers available for selection and how to change your nominated Certifier.
  • Uploading Documentation - includes information on how to create and upload a PDF.
