Building knowledge and resources

Toolkit

A process of ‘knowledge capture’ is being used throughout the Electronic Housing Code project to ensure that learnings, opportunities and outcomes are elicited from Role Model Councils, Role Model Accredited Certifiers, participating State Agencies and project management office staff throughout the project’s life cycle, not just at the end. This program is called the Learning and Knowledge Program.

The Learning & Knowledge Program covers a range of mediums and includes:

  • Information Sheets on key aspects of the project, for example "What is eDAIS?"
  • “How To” documents, for example “How To” create a PDF document.
  • Case Studies, for example "The use of technology to enable the electronic assessment process".
  • Frequently Asked Questions, for example “Where do I find my lot area?
  • EHC Customer Service Portal – This is an online help resource that has been preloaded with the frequently asked questions from the stakeholders.
  • Resource Materials for the Councils and Accredited (Private) Certifiers involved in the EHC.
  • Presentations on ePlanning given at various forums in conjunction with stakeholders.
  • Video presentations by Role Model Councils or Role Model Accredited Certifiers on their stand out tasks.

We encourage you to review the resources on this website to you with familiarising yourself with the Electronic Housing Code and your colleagues ePlanning experiences.
